Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom & Digital Items
Personalized, custom-made, and digital items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
