You Don't Have to Walk Alone

Life has a way of taking us down roads we never expected to travel. My own journey through kidney disease, dialysis, and waiting for a transplant has taught me that strength does not mean pretending everything is okay.

Some days are hard. Some days bring questions, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But even in those moments, hope is still present—and sometimes it arrives through a simple conversation, a timely word, or a friend who chooses to stay beside you.

That is the heart behind The Friend You Know.

This is a place for honest conversations about faith, life, health, and the challenges we do not always talk about. I may not have all the answers, but I believe we can encourage one another, share what we have learned, and keep moving forward—one day and one step at a time.

Whatever road you are walking today, please remember: you are seen, you are valued, and you do not have to walk it alone.
